Job Description:
The Enrollment Management Coordinator is a critical member of the Office of Pre-College Programs (OPCP) team and will have a hands-on role in all aspects of the creation and delivery of the diverse portfolio of Pre-College programs for high school students. These programs include Summer College on Campus, Summer College Online, Summer College on Location, Summer College Hybrid, and Accelerated Semester Online. Projects and processes are continually analyzed and refined by the Enrollment Management Coordinator to balance the needs related to efficiency and quality of service. Functional areas for the Enrollment Management Coordinator and other departmental staff include: marketing and recruitment, enrollment management and application processing, program development and delivery, risk management, transportation coordination and scheduling, orientation planning and delivery for all constituency groups (students, parents, University faculty and staff, and high school counselors and partner agency staff), accounts receivable and payable, student course registration, special event planning and delivery, select student activity planning, parent support, and coordination of required student services and associated resources with various University departments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to large and small groups representing all OPCP programs Required.
  • Three (3) plus years of experience in customer relations required.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects with variable deadlines that change over time.
  • Experience and knowledge of the various aspects of student services in higher education.
  • The ability to work with internal and external partners to support the various needs of OPCP program.
  • Strong attention to detail, the expectation of providing nothing but the most exceptional student experience, and highest quality outcomes.
  • Flexibility and agility in dynamic and fast-paced team-oriented work environment where outcomes at an exceptional level are the expectation.


Job Specific Qualifications:
  • Masters degree is preferred.
  • Three (3) plus years of experience with higher education enrollment management processes preferred.
  • Internal candidate strongly preferred.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute all online applications from student inquiry through the enrollment management process, with assistance from the Office of Pre-College Program staff.
  • Review, and process all applications through the enrollment funnel and various software systems, including program admissions.
  • Coordinate with the bursar office for all OPCP admitted students to be program plan and course registration.
  • Provide essential student and parent support from inquiry through admissions and to program completion.
  • Maintain student data in various information systems.
  • Implement the admission protocols to ensure all students are prepared and ready to attend the program.
  • Manage and oversee the online payment portal, monitor student accounts, accurately record payments, and report eligible student refunds.
  • Assist the Office of Pre-College program specialists with program admission and supporting all other program enrollment.
  • Lend support to the residential life and marketing team when necessary, during the year and in-program cycle.
