The Office Manager for the Offices of Graduate, International, and Online Programs is a hands-on, highly visible, high-impact role supporting the academic and student life needs of approximately 250 domestic and foreign LLM students and visiting international exchange students. You'll oversee general office operations across multiple academic programs and be the go-to person for your colleagues on the BU systems that keep things running smoothly, from procurement to student records. You'll use strong problem-solving skills to provide warm, professional frontline support to students and part-time faculty on everything from locker assignments and course registration to our LMS. You'll create moments that matter for our students, planning and executing multiple fun and engaging student events per year, plus fall and spring orientations and Commencement. We are seeking dedicated and creative team players who are committed to professional growth and skill development. Our staff community gathers regularly for book clubs, board game lunches, walking challenges, an annual cookie swap, staff luncheon, and end of year BBQ. Required Skills
B.A. or B.S. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle multiple projects; superior organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; one to three years of related experience, preferably with international students.
