Job Description Summary
Employee will assist EHRS with activities to help maintain compliance. Tasks will include emergency irrigation testing and tracking, delivery of
labels and signage, and safety equipment record maintenance. Employee will coordinate activities with building administrators, security
services, housekeeping and facilities departments. Employee may assist EHRS with special projects as needed.

Job Description

The Employee will have the following job responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule access to laboratories with lab managers and Building Administrators

  • Perform annual testing of emergency irrigation equipment for compliance with OSHA and ANSI Z358.1

  • Barcode equipment and provide signage

  • Submit work orders for equipment, if necessary

  • Input records into database

  • Deliver EHRS signage and labels as needed

  • Assist with special projects as needed

    The Employee should have the following qualifications:

  • Over 18 years of age with a valid drivers license

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Good computer skills and comfort learning database

  • Organized and independent

  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs (Job includes some physical ability and requires lifting, reaching, standing for periods of time.)

    Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job's level.
