Office Coordinator

Job Summary

This is an administrative role with Youth Education's Club U Day Camp and Campus Camps programs. Youth Education customers are parents/guardians of youth participants. After Youth Camps end in August, this role will continue and transition to serving the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute until December 15.

The Osher program is a non-credit academic program designed for adult learners ages 50 and better. This role will help administer the Osher Special Events program, which offers tours and fun social events for Osher members.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role are:
75% Office-based administrative work - Phone calls, Emails, Paperwork & Printing, Event Management, Reservations & Scheduling, etc.
25% In-person engagement - Staff & Volunteer Trainings, Program Events, Material Distribution, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.

At least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid driver's license.
