Department of Pharmacology, Physiology, and Biophysics (PPB) - We are an integrated Department with expertise a wide range of topics including cancer, sensory systems, structural biology, and neuropharmacology and neuropathology. I was recruited to the Department to establish a research program investigating sensorimotor integration under healthy conditions and in the context of injury and disease. My research program takes a multiprong approach utilizing transgenics, histology, electrophysiology, and behavioral assays. This position will serve as the foundation for implementing these wide-range of technical approaches in our new lab.
