Location

Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary

Provides strategic guidance to leadership and delivers optimal solutions for projects. Actively participates in the development and execution of medium to large projects and feasibility studies within budgetary parameters. Conducts comprehensive reviews and consultations with project sponsors, leveraging available data to inform decision-making processes before project submission. Additionally, contributes expertise in planning, development, and post-project evaluation. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze and formulate strategies for new projects, ensuring timely and efficient implementation aligned with project objectives.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Works with leadership to establish project objectives, craft plans that align with organizational goals, and strategically oversee progress to ensure optimal outcomes
2. Ensures the seamless continuity of process flow and action items from project planning meetings, and strategic alignment is maintained, fostering efficiency and effectiveness
3. Manages project plans with a strategic lens, considering schedule, cost, and scope adjustments in light of overarching project objectives and organizational strategy
4. Identifies pivotal decisions along the critical path and strategically communicates them to project stakeholders, offering insights into potential impacts and strategic implications
5. Offers strategic guidance and support to both the project team and managers, leveraging consulting expertise to optimize project performance and strategic alignment
6. Actively cultivates and sustains strategic relationships with campus partners, fostering collaboration and leverage strategic alliances to enhance project outcomes
7. Delivers strategic coordination and training in project management methodologies, empowering teams with strategic tools and insights to drive project success
8. Engages in collaborative decision-making with project team members, providing strategic input to enhance project outcomes and align with organizational strategy
9. Analyzes data strategically and presents insights supported by data to more effectively assess projects, offering strategic recommendations and insights to drive informed decision-making and enhance project strategy

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field

Required Experience
One (1) year of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional Certification

Preferred Educational Qualifications
An advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field

Preferred Experience
Experience with project management software solutions
Experience in higher education

Proposed Salary

The midpoint of the salary range is $64,500. Offers are based on relevant experience.
