Job Description Summary
A Football Fellowship position provides support to the offensive, defensive, special team coaches to enhance the quality and efficiency of day to day operations. The duties of the position ranges from film breakdown, to athletic evaluation, to play book production, to scouting reports on potential student-athletes, to any other task the coaches and staff might require.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, breakdown, and analysis of video from practices, games and opponents games for review by the head coach, coordinators, assistant coaches and student-athletes.
- Support in the study of each opponent's game plan and schemes.
- Work with staff to analyze data and chart tendencies to facilitate the planning and execution of practice and game preparation.
- Aid in identifying pre-game and post-game opponent's personnel assignments
- Help with game day call sheet with the Special Teams Coordinators. Support the Defensive and Offensive staffs.
- Collaborate with the coaching staff to watch scouting film, research and prepare scouting reports, and identify potential student-athletes.
- Learn to recommend game strategies and position details during planning/preparation and execution of practice sessions and competitive play.
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in an appropriate area of specialization
- One year of coaching experience at the high school level or above.
- Successful experience as a graduate student or intern is acceptable for up to one year of the required experience. Related coaching experience at the professional level can be substituted for the degree requirements.

Pay Range
$7.25 - $18.00 Hourly Rate
Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job's level.
