Job Summary

The Office of Admissions at CU Boulder invites applications for an International Transfer Credit Specialist! As a member of the International Admissions team, the International Transfer Credit Specialist plays a critical role in supporting current and prospective students by evaluating transfer credit and maintaining transfer tables, articulation agreements, transfer guides, and related databases.
This new position is responsible for researching international education systems and evaluating coursework and test scores from international institutions, as well as staying up to date on grading systems, state regulations, university accreditation standards, and degree and course requirements at the University of Colorado Boulder. The role also manages transfer articulation components in the degree audit system and works with both undergraduate and graduate credit.
Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director of International Admissions, the International Transfer Credit Specialist supports the work of colleagues in Admissions, the Registrar's Office, and Academic Advising. For training and compliance purposes-and to support continuity and communication around inter-team procedures-the position also has a dotted line to the Associate Director of the Domestic Transfer Team. This secondary reporting line will extend through the first full admissions cycle and may be reevaluated at a later date.
This is a 3-year limited term position. CU is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment. We are committed to creating a workplace where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity, and we encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
