The University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, one of 12 Schools in a highly ranked institution, is dedicated to the integration of interdisciplinary research, education, and practice.

The Department of Family and Community Health at the School of Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for a Research Associate position in the Academic Support Staff. Applicants must have funding to support their salary.

This appointment will be initially for one (1) year; continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years). After three (3) years of initial appointment, there is the possibility of renewal of another term, based availability of funding.

Responsibilities will include research-related activities relevant to their scientific expertise and career-development activities as outlined in their funded projects.

Qualifications
Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree and a strong publication record in a number of these areas.
