Position Description
This is Seasonal work, temp position with the Resident Hall Maintenance department.
Task Include:
- Moving furniture.
- Resetting rooms.
- Painting and repairing walls.
- Helping repair Toilets', showers and other building parts.
- The ability to work with hand tools, some power tools and be both able to work in team and independently.
- Working safely and cleanly is a must.
- Being organized and timely in both work and reporting to work.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the hours needed, and the days needed.
- Able understand instructions in English and take direction.
- Must be willing to work in all buildings, able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must have some experience in painting , minor repairs and worked with hand tools and other related items.
- All candidates must pass a background check.

Compensation at a Glance:
Salary Range: $21.00 per hour
