Position Description

This is Seasonal work, temp position with the Resident Hall Maintenance department.

Task Include:

Moving furniture.
Resetting rooms.
Painting and repairing walls.
Helping repair Toilets', showers and other building parts.
The ability to work with hand tools, some power tools and be both able to work in team and independently.
Working safely and cleanly is a must.
Being organized and timely in both work and reporting to work.

Qualifications

Ability to work the hours needed, and the days needed.
Able understand instructions in English and take direction.
Must be willing to work in all buildings, able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Must have some experience in painting , minor repairs and worked with hand tools and other related items.
All candidates must pass a background check.

Compensation at a Glance:

Salary Range: $21.00 per hour
