Job Summary
We are seeking a highly-qualified candidate with a passion for bringing housing innovation to life to join our team. You will be responsible for growing the impact of Ivory Innovations by serving as the point person for key initiatives and engaging with students and Utah stakeholders on public policy and housing issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the Hack-A-House program (including prompt development, working with partner schools, recruiting students, running student ambassador program, etc.)
- Support Innovation Fund activities such as creating outreach / sourcing strategy and process and/or supporting bi-annual Innovation Fund committee meeting
- Support the Ivory Prize portfolio by maintaining touchpoints with priority organizations, planning for the Ivory Prize Summit, etc.
- Support sourcing and diligence process for the Ivory Prize

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Four to six years of progressively more responsible management experience. Background knowledge of hiring department's area of specialization in order to analyze, plan and draw conclusions for recommendations to superiors. Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and directing employees and processes in order to effectively monitor and develop subordinates and to ensure the smooth operation of department. Completion of provided supervisory training within one year of employment may be required. Master's degree in a related area may be preferred.

Preferences
All candidates must have:
- Master's degree in real estate or related field
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience, including 2-3 years of experience with evaluating housing innovation organizations
- Existing familiarity with the housing market and organizations
- Strong relationship building skills, written and verbal communication skills, including high attention to detail
