Classification Pay Scale
In compliance with SB 1162, Western University of Health Sciences is providing a pay scale for this position. The pay scale reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within this range, the individual pay is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and work location. Please note that the compensation details listed reflects the base salary only.

Expected Pay Scale
Minimum: $52,998.40 Annually
Maximum $52,998.40 Annually

Job Summary
Works with the Clinical Coordinator(s) and the Department of Physician Assistant Education to compile, update, and maintain all records and documents needed for current and future clinical education sites. The Clinical Education Coordinator Assistant will compile, enter, and dispatch all records and documents generated by/for students at clinical education sites.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Individuals must possess these knowledge, skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that the individual can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
1. Good computer skills necessary to set up document formats in Word, Excel, Access (or other databases), Adobe, PowerPoint, and any other software required by the position.
2. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with administration, faculty, student, staff, health professionals, and other outside contacts.

Required Qualifications
1. Education: Any combination, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities for the essential job functions. Preference will be given to those with a Bachelor degree or higher.
2. Experience: 3 year minimum in an office environment or equivalent using word processing, electronic data input/collection software, and databases. Experience in health care is preferred. Interaction with the public is essential.
