Major Duties
Under general supervision, the Clinical Support Coordinator primarily manages electronic client records, supports clinical appointment scheduling, assists distressed students, and coordinates various administrative tasks to ensure efficient departmental operations. Responsibilities include the careful maintenance and confidentiality of sensitive client information, managing incoming communications, providing front-line support to students, staff, and faculty in crisis or distress, and coordinating staff absence and travel logistics. Additionally, this role involves active support and coordination of departmental suicide prevention training and administrative support for sponsored continuing education programs, primarily with programming forms and procedures.
- Maintaining and securing client records and handling confidential document releases.
- Managing front office activities, including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and handling a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries.
- Assisting clients with completing forms and utilizing department-specific technology.
- Coordinating payroll processes and tracking staff absences and extra hours.
- Arranging travel authorizations and expense reports in compliance with department policies.
- Supporting campus-wide QPR Suicide Prevention training and maintaining attendance records.
- Providing primary administrative support for sponsored continuing education events, including the creation of promotional materials , required programming forms, and attendee documentation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Equivalent to four (4) years of full-time, general office clerical and administrative support experience that has provided the applicant with the knowledge and abilities listed.
- Equivalent to full-time college or university education/vocational school training in business or job-related field may be substituted for up to two (2) years of the required experience on a year for year basis.

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule

- Classification: Administrative Support Coordinator / 1035 / 1
- The anticipated HIRING RANGE: $3864 - $4245 per month, dependent upon qualifications and experience. The salary range for this classification is: $3864 - $6072 per month.
- HOURS: Full Time; 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday.
- This is a Regular position with a one-year probationary period.
- The position is currently hybrid (4 days in office, 1 days remote); however, this is subject to change based on student and/or operational needs.
