Course Facilitator/TA

Job Summary

Provides support to faculty of the MBA program. Assists with building and quality-assurance testing of online course materials. Works directly with faculty, instructional designers, and students.

Responsibilities

Assist faculty to build course materials in Canvas
Proof, detect, and correct graduate-level course materials
Create course assignments, quizzes, and exams in Canvas
Grade online discussions, quizzes, papers, and exams
Assist with QA testing of Canvas course
Participate in live sessions with students
Assist with student support via email, phone, etc.
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).

Requires at least 1 year of related experience.

Preferences

Graduate or PhD-level candidates preferred.
Applicants should demonstrate attention to detail, ability to follow directions and meet hard deadlines, ability to work independently and with others.
Experience with Canvas a plus.
