The Department of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine seeks candidates for a Research Associate position in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will initially be for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years).
The lab of Dr. Sasaki in the Department of Biomedical Sciences in the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for a Research Associate position in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years). This position is focused on the investigation of the human germ cell development and its reconstitution in vitro. Expertise is required in the areas of cell culture, human organoid models, and genetic manipulation of human pluripotent stem cells. The most competitive candidates will also have experience using single cell genomics and bioinformatics analyses.

Qualifications
Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree and at least 3 years experience.
