Pasadena City College is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Intermediate Clerk to support our department with day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks. If you're organized, efficient, and ready to keep things running smoothly, we'd love to have you on board.
What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and type reports, rosters, and correspondence
  • Maintain files, process forms, and track records
  • Answer phones, route calls, and respond to routine questions
  • Handle mail, supplies, and basic purchasing support
  • Provide general office support to faculty, staff, and administrators
  • Assisting students with scheduling appointments
  • Updating counseling schedules
