Reporting to the Associate Director for Student Recruitment and Director of the Summer Workshop, the Summer Workshop for Young Writers - Student Assistant will support and assist in the Summer Workshop for Young Writers at the Kelly Writers House.

This student staff membes will assist in literary discussions and writing activities and will TA small-group workshop sessions and report on the group's progress to the director both during the program and via written evaluations after the program concludes. They will also provide teaching and/or technological support to craft session instructors as needed and may be assigned additional

administrative duties based on interest and skill.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job's level.
