Responsibilities:

The Massachusetts Promise Fellowship (MPF) is a full-time AmeriCorps program housed out of the Center of Community Service at Northeastern University. The Program Manager will work as part of the Fellowship staff team to support the work of 40 full-time AmeriCorps members serving statewide, including attending monthly Fellowship meetings and events and building positive relationships with our Fellows. The Program Manager will oversee several key program areas, including evaluation and data collection, community engagement initiatives, and Fellow recruitment. This staff member will oversee all elements of MPF's program evaluation requirements, including Fellow timesheets, bi-monthly reports, surveys, and focus group data. They will also train and support Fellows in completing these requirements and analyze and write annual reports on program data. In addition, the Program Manager will also lead community engagement initiatives for program stakeholders, including an annual service event and MPF's annual fundraiser, Pass the Wagon. Finally, the Program Manager will be responsible for leading MPF's Fellow recruitment initiatives. The Program Manager will serve as part of the staff in the Center of Community Service at Northeastern University and will support the MPF team in completing other additional responsibilities for the program as needed.

Qualifications:

BA/BS or equivalent experience
A history of exemplary AmeriCorps and national/community service experience
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Experience supporting and coaching young professionals
Advanced organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Experience and interest in research and data collection and analysis
Knowledge of or interest in principles and practices of evaluation and assessment
High level of creativity
Mature and professional
Team player attitude
Excellent time management skills
Committed to receiving and providing feedback
Strong analytical skills
A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Strong passion for and commitment to MPFs mission of delivering resources to underserved youth and supporting the development of emerging community leaders
