Job Summary
The University of Michigan Department of Dermatology and Department of Pediatrics and Communicable Diseases seek pediatric dermatologist to support our dermatology practice at Michigan Medicine and C.S. Mott Children's Hospital, with opportunity to serve as director of this program. We are committed to the growth of our pediatric dermatology program to better serve the needs of our patients. Responsibilities*
As a major regional referral center, Michigan Medicine Dermatology provides care for a diverse patient population and a full range of dermatological disorders, including very rare and complex medical conditions. Responsibilities will include providing compassionate outpatient and inpatient care to children of all ages, as well as teaching students and residents. The successful applicant will collaborate effectively with other providers and faculty members to advance our missions in dermatology patient care, education and research.

Required Qualifications*
Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree, be board-certified/board-eligible both in dermatology and in pediatric dermatology; and have the ability to obtain the appropriate medical license in the State of Michigan. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Evidence of excellence in patient care and didactic teaching, and a record of peer-reviewed publication is expected.
