Job Summary
The University of Michigan Department of Dermatology is seeking full-time board-certified/-eligible dermatologists to join our diverse and growing team of faculty physicians. Dermatology practice opportunities are available at our main medical campus and at locations in and around Ann Arbor, including the U-M Brighton Center for Specialty Care, Michigan Medicine's new 320,000 sq. ft. outpatient facility. We invite applications from candidates who are dedicated to compassionate patient care, to innovative teaching and to the pursuit of clinical scholarship.

Responsibilities*
The successful applicant will collaborate effectively with other providers and faculty to advance our missions in dermatology patient care, education and research. Position responsibilities will include medical dermatology outpatient clinical care, as well as inpatient patient care. Opportunities to engage in teaching, clinical research, practice administration and professional development are available and encouraged.

Required Qualifications*
Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree, be board-certified/board-eligible in dermatology and have the ability to obtain the appropriate medical license in the State of Michigan. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Evidence of excellence in patient care and didactic teaching, and a record of peer-reviewed publication are expected. Prior training or clinical experience at a major academic medical center is preferred.
