Washington State University Vancouver is seeking a Director for Student Development who is responsible for articulating a vision and leading in a diverse, complex and changing environment. Provides strategic leadership for the development and implementation of programs supporting campus life, student engagement, student wellness, and new student programs. Provides leadership within units supervised to create and implement innovative services that promote student success and retention. Directs, plans and provides oversight to the managers of the Office of Student Involvement, Student Resource Center, Student Wellness Center, and New Student Programs. Senior member of the Student Affairs and Enrollment Leadership Team and acts on behalf of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs as necessary. Full time, 40 hours/week, permanent position.
